Breakfast, a different one every day
Homemade breakfast is €10 per person per day, served every morning in the tavern. It is not included in the room rate — add it to your booking at checkout.

Monday
Homemade banitsa with cheese, a boiled egg, tomato and cucumber. Ayran or tea.

Tuesday
French toast with homemade jam and cheese. Coffee or tea.

Wednesday
Rhodope patatnik with yoghurt. Ayran.

Thursday
Omelette with ham and yellow cheese, fresh vegetables. Coffee or natural juice.

Friday
Mekitsi with cheese, honey and homemade jam. Ayran.

Saturday
English breakfast — eggs, bacon, sausage, beans and toast. Coffee or tea.

Sunday
Homemade pancakes with chocolate, honey or jam, and fruit. Cappuccino or juice.
Every day also includes freshly baked bread, butter, homemade jam, honey, yoghurt and seasonal fruit.
Then, back to the warm water
However you spend the day in the mountains, it ends the same way: the indoor mineral pool, the sauna and the quiet relaxation room. Access is included with every night.
